Ray Volpe and Vastive go full throttle with "GET SMACKED"

Ray Volpe has kicked off his debut album FOREVER, VOLPETRON with an absolute banger—"GET SMACKED." Dropped as the first single following his sold-out Hollywood Palladium show, this track is a powerhouse introduction to what’s shaping up to be a boundary-pushing record. Teaming up with Vastive, Volpe leans into their mutual love for metal, crafting a track packed with blistering guitar riffs, aggressive bass, and relentless drum patterns curated for a mosh pit.

"GET SMACKED" hits like a freight train. An electrifying guitar line leads straight into the hype pre-drop chant: “Move back, get smacked—are you ready?”—a call to arms before the track explodes into bone-rattling dubstep that will get headbangers everywhere excited. While the initial drop is a pure adrenaline rush, the track refuses to stay in one lane, taking a detour into a gritty, rock-driven breakdown before transitioning into a trap-infused finale, showcasing Volpe’s signature ability to blur genre lines. And, of course, it wouldn’t be complete without an iconic "hahahehu" along the way.

Volpe himself describes the track as the perfect way to launch his album, emphasizing the natural chemistry he and Vastive share through their shared passion for heavy music. Whether you're headbanging at a set or putting in reps at the gym, "GET SMACKED" delivers a knockout punch of energy.
