Australian artist Katy Tunbridge continues to establish herself as creative powerhouse with her latest album Skin Deep, which has seen her nominated for four awards at the upcoming World Entertainment Awards alongside a nomination at the Hollywood Independent Music Awards.
With focus track “Superhero” earning a nomination for Best Pop Song, the emotive, genre-bending album includes other soaring offerings including introspective and passionate numbers like “Naked To The Bone,” and “Slow Motion,” as well as laid back reggae anthem “Living the Dream.”
Other hits like the potent ballad “Lying Through Your Teeth,” have received well-deserved nominations including Best Alternative Song at the World Entertainment Awards as well as a nomination for the prestigious Hollywood Independent Music Awards in the Alternative Category. Meanwhile, upbeat production “Grab The Wheel,” has been nominated in the Best Americana Song category. For her invigorating musicality, Katy has also received a nomination for Best Newcomer.
