Tora Luna embrace and celebrate human imperfections on "Wait For Spring"

Newly formed collaborative collective Tora Luna embrace and celebrate human imperfections on “Wait For Spring,” weaving a tapestry of  compassion and wisdom within a warming indie-pop musicality.

Tackles seasonal affective disorder with tenderness and upliftment, the track radiates warmth and feel-good vibes as it urges us to look ahead to brighter days. With textured sonics that ebb and flow with playful yet seamless intricacy, the genre-bending track blooms with layers of reggae-tinged guitar, anchoring bass lines, and fluid rhythms.

Speaking of the inspiration behind the single, they say, “We’ll never be as precise as a machine – never as on the grid and glitzy and quick to change whole sections – but we will always be more human. And so, with that in mind, we decided that the three of us would be in the one control room of Gus’s four-live-room studio, shunning concerns about spill or messing up takes or anything, in order to pursue something that sounded like we were having fun making music with our friends – because that’s something you can’t fake – neither with AI nor with doing fifteen drum takes.”

With a shape-shifting artistry that immerses us in everything from shimmering jangle pop to reverb-soaked surf-rock, Tora Luna leave a distinct and lasting impression with each note of their enchanting music.
