Fresh off his new EP, Under The Empress Moon, multidisciplinary artist Kinski Gallo is set to release the music video for "Ruta del Sol." The EP is the first of four Gallo projects, and it is titled Wild Cards. Offering his unique blend of Latin and synth-pop electronic themes makes for a color array of musical delight. The house artist adds a sense of flair on the EP and very much translates into the music video.
Gallo switches between Spanish and English with the effect of the pleading song hitting hard to the listeners. Much in line with the track, the video speaks to something many listeners will connect with. Kinski Gallo spoke about the meaning of the song title.
'"Ruta del Sol" is about facing your fears and having faith that there’s light at the end of the tunnel (a cliche that’s rooted in truth). I’ve grown to acknowledge that my fears and my sorrows are what make me strong and resilient, which allows me to overcome obstacles. They are always there, but I choose to accept them and look towards the light, the sun, and the bright elements of positivity. This song represents the promise each day holds for me," Gallo said.
The multi-talented artist keeps the video solely focused on the as a black-out background pulls attention to the groovy dancing. Donning exotic masks and timely outfits, the video evokes feelings of wellness and a search for comfort. Much like the rest of the EP, "Ruta del Sol" is an explosive house track that keeps the spirits up in the best way.
