What do you get when you mix wubs and wobbles with deep, grimey bass? You get the latest dubstep hit, "Ganja Tape," by Ganja White Night and Tape B, released by SubCarbon Records. Ganja White Night and Tape B make the perfect team with this collaboration, showing why you should always stick around for the second drop.
Ganja White Night is an epic duo that has been around the block in the EDM world, and Tape B has quickly gained mass popularity this year. Both Ganja White Night and Tape B have very distinct sounds, to the point that true fans may even find themselves able to distinguish each artist as the track plays.
"Ganja Tape" starts with an anticipatory build that immediately has you moving your feet. Right before the epic drop, we hear the taglines we've all been waiting for: "Yo Tape B! Yes, Ganja." Tape B's low-end bass frequencies and Ganja White Night's signature wobbles go together as well as a pashmina and sunglasses at a music festival. This track smacks you in the face with the bass, whether you hear it at a set or play it on repeat at the gym.
Tape B is currently on his fall tour, selling shows out left and right, while Ganja White Night is about a month away from their annual Wobbleween at The Armory in Minnesota. Our only gripe is that we haven't caught this track at a live set yet!
