Detroit-based rock/hip hop/soul duo We Are Scorpio is back with the brand new single "I'm From Detroit." The edgy, social-political, and poignant track is ripe with rousing electric guitar riffs, and punchy drum grooves which serve as the perfect backdrop for Jessica and Steffanie's unapologetic lyrics that explore their life as Detroit citizens and the dynamic structure of the American inner city. Joining them is Sada Baby, who adds his side of the story and his experiences as a young black man.
