North London-raised R&B talent Chel delivers dreamy offering “Still Working,” with sultry vocals that float over angelic sonics blending warm, steady piano lines, bouncy drums and punchy bass to strike a laid-back yet heartfelt mood.
With Chel’s soaring vocals intertwining with featuring act Zeeno’s romantic delivery, the track dives into a unique perspective in relationships. Speaking of the track, she says, “I’ve never had to apologise to a man before about any serious wrong doings. I got sent this beat, and immediately thought about writing from that perspective. When a woman gets it wrong, when a woman loses a good man. Good thing it’s in a song, because I’d never say these things in real life!”
