San Francisco, California-raised singer-songwriter Courtney Paige Nelson has made her bones writing and collaborating with artists and DJs and her album UNIVERSE received a nomination in the 2023 Grammy category for best Electronic Dance Album for the first round of selects. Her latest single "COLD LIKE GEMINI" is an intimate look at emotional turmoil within a relationship and the different variables that cause it, Bolstered by a dark synth pad, thumping drum groove and moody textures, Courtney takes us into the mix of the action with vivid lyrics that paint the picture clearly where she is having a spat with her partner. The song has quite a lot of ebb and flow with the duo going back and forth at it. Lyrics like  "won’t come in because you know you won’t win, midnight gonna start a fight/ baby what the fuck your drink, your kiss tastes like chlorine" set the stage and give listeners a vivid glimpse into her life.

She is currently working on another EP for full release next year, She recently attended & graduated LAMP a 1 year intensive writing camp program run by producer duo Stargate.
