Having recently released Last Nite and its accompanying music video, rising artist Tommy Richman isn't quite done making his mark. With his latest EP, The Rush, Tommy takes us on a refreshing and unique journey.

The EP takes us through a spectrum of emotions and themes. It all begins with Messy, a moody and infectious track that conjures classic R&B vocal harmonies and melodies. These elements seamlessly intertwine with contemporary beats, enveloping the lyrics in a sleek, velvety soundscape. The opening track does a great job setting the stage for the songs to follow, as we kick into the next gear. As we venture deeper into the tracklist, Glock 25 emerges, injecting a slower tempo with its sharp beats. This creates a striking contrast against the lush vocal production, skillfully conveying a delicate balance between affection and frustration. Having just got used to this slower tempo, Tommy throws us a curveball as the pace quickens. New up are the faster-paced tracks: Fever and Pray 2 U feeding our adrenaline as we end the journey on a high note. Tommy knew exactly what he was doing with these two, and skillfully designed Pray 2 U for to go viral. Its incredible groove makes it an earworm, worth of a few repeats.

Tommy Richman's EP is a musical voyage that seamlessly melds diverse influences into a cohesive and emotionally charged narrative. With "Last Nite" as its shining centerpiece, this collection of tracks promises to leave a lasting impression on listeners, ensuring that Tommy Richman's unique sound will continue to captivate music enthusiasts everywhere.
