Los Angeles raw and cryptic musical artist Sadye is set to once again make her mark with her enthralling musical release "Keep It To Myself". The candid track is the third single off of her highly anticipated EP set for release later this year.
With "Keep It To Myself", Sadye discusses an autobiographical toxic love affair, one in which she was embarrassed to be continually stuck in a loop. Lyrics including, "I pretend I don't know you / when I see you out / don't worry I won't tell anybody / but it's embarrassing / how I let you come over," show that the person she is with doesn't want to acknowledge her but neither does she with them. Sadye is known for her sarcastic, witty and dramatically honest lyrics and "Keep It To Myself" is a prime example of just that. Sonically, the track highlights stacked melodies, driving 808s, and dazzling synths. Hints of dark pop, electronic and industrial are all present in Sadye's latest musical masterpiece.
Sadye is a new artist with a deeply heroic past. The singer/songwriter struggled with cancer as a child and has taken inspiration from her difficult past to create her cathartic musical releases today.
