Texas duo Me Nd Adam demonstrate their resilience in their new single “Best of Me.” Written at the end of a tired and weary writing session, the two powered through, along with George Gekas from The Revivalists and suddenly a new wave of inspiration hit. With newfound energy rushing through them, “Best of Me” came alive, showing how the best things can come when you least expect them.
“Best of Me” features crashing percussion, jangly guitars and catchy lyrics, delivering an anthemic energy. Singing, “I'm the sinner, I'm the victim, I've got liquor in my system, cause the, the worst just gets the best of me,” Me Nd Adam point to the trials and tribulations that we face in life and how we all have different coping mechanisms.
“Best of Me” is off of Me Nd Adam’s upcoming album, American Drip Pt. II. If it’s anything like their debut album American Drip Pt. I, then we are certain to be in for a treat.
