Alt pop artist George Arthur Calendar delivers infectious track “Thrift Kiss,” building a catchy synth-pop soundscape featuring groovy disco bass, funky guitars, lush synths all brought together by silk vocal lines that has us dancing along.

Inspired by the time he took a girl to a thrift store on their first date, the song is an exploration of the fun and quirky things that the couple has in common woven by his trademark of capturing phases of modern life and its most bizarre moments within a seamless blend of alt-pop with new wave, disco and jazz.

The track is accompanied by a self-directed video embracing the artsy, post-hipster vibe of his current home in Logan Square, Chicago, showcasing a solid dedication to his visual aesthetic which deserves to elevate the intricate sonic world he has crafted.

Having made his start in 2015, GAC has released three albums and continues to allure new fans with each new release that has us bopping our heads along from first note till last.
