London-based Latir, a soulful artist, has just dropped his debut EP entitled Daydreams & Desires. The project features an incredible fusion of dreamy jazz, hip-hop-inspired drums, and heartwarming vocals that take the listener on a journey through the feeling of being lost in a daydream. The opening track, "The Rabbit Hole", highlights electric piano with nostalgic harmonies, while tracks like "Slow Dance (always & forever)" and the album's title track "Daydreams & Desires" showcase dreamy arpeggiated electric guitar melodies.

Latir's lead single, "Slow Dance (always & forever)", transports the listener on a nostalgic time warp with his longing vocals and guitar rhythms that are reminiscent of '60s ballads. The track is another romantic offering from the artist, with a touch of melancholy, that further solidifies the EP's dreamy atmosphere. Daydreams & Desires is an impressive debut project from Latir, showcasing his unique sound and vision.

Latir tells us, “I’ve always been a dreamer, someone who would rather sit on hills writing poetry about the things Idesire whilst watching sunset… I’ve always romanticised things before criticising them, and have always tried to see beauty in everything, even in darker times.

My project ‘Daydreams & Desires’ meets self assessment and self discovery with all the things I love music… From moments found slow dancing or speeding down a neon flooded highway with a loved one… To night lit, red painted drunken escapades with London as the backdrop for all my affairs… Tothe knowing that I've come a long way in my creative journey yet my canvas is still empty… The innocence in desire invoked through my own somewhat poetic experiences.”
