NYC act Homeschool delivers powerful track “My Only Enemy,” meditating on how you can stand in own your way at times. With a self-critical theme wrapped up in an upbeat, dance pop instrumentation the track offers the best of both worlds, encapsulating joyous sonics and meaningful lyricism within in.

We all have the tendency to blame the world and circumstances for things that happen to us, but Homeschool reminds us that sometimes our biggest obstacle is our inability to accept ourselves.

Taken from upcoming EP Just Now, which is set to span themes of acceptance, perseverance, and self-love all built carefully around the talented musician’s newfound clarity on their non-binary identity, the track is an anthem for self-realisation, balancing love and vulnerability with a flourish.

Singer-songwriter and actor, Tom D’Agustino under the musical alias of Homeschool has crafted a luscious bedroom pop artistry with self-aware hooks playing off anthemic instrumentation to perfection.
