Emerging talent Luchi offers heart-on-sleeve EP Me + Tears Ain't Strangers, featuring layered instrumentations of melodic guitars and echoing drums upon emotive yet powerful vocal lines. Taking us on a journey from vulnerability to anger, hurt and then confidence, the EP is a personal journey drawn from facets of Luchi’s life, transforming catharsis into a place of comfort for those listening.

From the sensitive and tranquil feel of “Losing My Mind,”  which captures a relatable mental health struggle amidst the pandemic to the pain of a relationship gone sour on “He Said,” the EP pulls on the strings of trauma, loss of control and frustrations to lead us into heart-warming glimpses of hope on “Faith,” which seeks to infuse self-belief, confidence and love back into ourselves leaving us on the uplifting note that change for the better is around the corner.

Glasgow-raised Luchi who first started writing songs at the age of 13, has honed his craft and developed into a therapeutic form of expression that comes to life as a solace not just for him, but for others as well – and with this latest album is looks set to continue widen this vulnerable yet feel-good musical vision.
