KAYPAIGE is a Boston-raised artist who started off making viral videos on social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. She took her skills abroad to widen her horizons as she doesn't want to be put in a box and now she is on a mission to pull all her various musical inspirations into one cohesive sound for the global stage.
Her latest release "Goodmorning Goodmorning" is inspired by a demo freestyle on pleasure, lost love, and dating in a foreign land. Over a dreamy and atmospheric backdrop made up of crisp keys, and moody pads, she delivers in a hushed tone and switches into an airy melodic run in the chorus section.
The track is quite short but sure packs a punch with its vulnerable theme where KAYPAIGE gives a nuanced take on the realities of love in a different place and the unpredictable complexities of the emotions that come with it.
KAYPAIGE is presently based in South Korea and has worked with artists such as rapper새드보이제이비(Sadboy JB of “Drop the Bit”) and also released music under the Korean entertainment company Sound Republica.
