UK genre-bending duo Silk Cinema has shared a single called "Lean On Your World", as they prepare to drop their sophomore album. The new track is a smooth fusion of R&B and pop, with a dash of soul to boot, and is a perfect love song with a homage to the city of London. Bolstered by Ralph's mellow, soothing textures and bouncy grooves, vocalist Kristy X pours her heart out, and shares an intimate part of her life. She details the dynamics of love from a long-distance situation, and reminds her lover that she is surely down for the long haul in the right situation. The record has a warm and lovelorn aesthetic and also serves as a changing point in her life where she has to move on to explore new things in order to grow.
