Innately calming and reassuring, Infinite's vocals are pained yet soothing as he echoes the titular positive affirmation to "Keep your head up." An ode to overcoming feelings of depression and anxiety and moving forward, he's been teasing the track for months now, until fans could no longer wait for full, unfettered access to a ballad that will surely be sung with lighters in the air whenever he decides to go on tour. The accompanying visual is similarly toned, simplistic and uplifting, and showcases an exciting new visual direction for Infinite.
Four months of Instagram Reels and daily TikToks allowed Infinite to tap in to a growing fanbase that eagerly awaits his next release. A full rollout featuring a lyric video, merch drop, presave release party, and an in-person release party to raise money for the Coastal Virginia division of the National Alliance on Mental Illness accompanied Infinite's most hyped single to date.
