Vancouver electro-pop musician Serena Sun delivers empowering anthem “Breadcrumbs,” about the self-loving moment you decide to walk away from a toxic or unfulfilling relationship.

Rooted in the raw styling that Sun has made her signature, the relatable offering captures the feeling of reclaiming your power as you stop accepting the bare minimum and let go of a relationship that doesn’t feel satisfying.

With a cathartic touch which extends from her previous release, “Breadcrumbs,” blends feel-good indie pop and hazy, ambient sonics led by her wispy vocals and heartfelt yet confident lyricism that serves to remind us that our time, energy and feelings are valuable and worth protecting.

Offering up yet another glimpse of her forthcoming debut album, after emotive single “Body,” this latest track once again hones in on Sun’s ability to encapsulate intimate life experiences with catchy melodies that resonate with everyone listening.
