Eclectic pop artist Scoobert Doobert drops a new single "Think About It" which dwells on the what-ifs of life and how they intersect with the infinite time stream of life. The lyrics are evocative and somewhat thought-provoking while the production style is vibrant and a bit reflective. He keeps it minimal and ramps up the instrumentation aspect with rousing guitar riffs, punchy drums, and layered textures. His vocals don't come in until around the 44-second mark and that's where Doobert does his thing with the unique vocal inflection showcasing his knack for straying from the usual.
"Think About It" is taken from his new EP KŌAN A, released on Beformer Records. As a producer, he produced CHAI’s recent single ‘WHOLE” which is the theme song for the comedy-drama series “Koi-senu Futari” on the NHK network in Japan. He also recently finished a tour alongside Mitski.
