Forester share the roadtrip-worthy single "She Said!

Despite only creating their formation in 2019, indie-electronic duo Forester create music that make you feel something. Based in LA, the pairing create a blend of nostalgic vibes with transportive melodies to really make you feel like you're weightless. This time, the pair share their new single "She Said".

An iridscent melodious single, "She Said" is a jangly indie single laced with noughties euphoria. Layering a happy-go-lucky backdrop with almost whispered vocals, the track feels like a personal exploration into a relationship. However, the band tell us: "‘She Said’ is a completely new sonic direction for us. It was originally written for a documentary about a surf trip Xander took to the Pacific Northwest. When the documentary fell through, we listened back to the demo and decided to finish it together as a Forester track. It’s a song about living in the spur of the moment and enjoying the simple pleasures the world has to offer."

"She Said" definitely sounds like a roadtrip soundtrack, it's freeflowing vibes and incredibly buoyant soundscape produces an elegant indie fizz that hooks you in entirely. Considering the duo say this is a new sonic direction for them, it's definitely one to delve deeper into. I for one want to see where this road takes them… and if that's to the beach, then I'm fine with that.
