Arriving on his esteemed Four Thirty Two label, Richy Ahmed recruits fellow heavyweight producer Jamie Jones for collaboration EP More Energy / I Need It which also features two stellar remixes from Butch and Ray Mono.

Though their friendship goes back years with multiple studio sessions and b2b Ibiza sets under their belt, this new release actually marks Richy Ahmed’s first official joint release with the Hot Creations label head and it is definitely worth the wait. Made with the dance floor in mind as we anticipate the return of club openings this summer, "More Energy" delivers hypnotic chants underpinned by rattling percussion and an assortment of synth riffs packed with dynamic groove set to spark voguing on the dance floor.

Meanwhile, "I Need It" moves to brighter, sun-kissed territories whilst maintaining the first class energy. Boasting classic 90s flavours including house infused piano stabs and soul-fuelled female vocal chops, Ahmed and Jones flex their versatility as two seasoned pros who know how to keep the heads turning.

Offering two remixes of "I Need It" is Butch and Ray Mono. A familiar face on Hot Creations, Butch’s arrival on Four Thirty Two sees the producer rework "I Need It" into a glowing peak time anthem perfect for sunset and sunrise moments across the globe. Wrapping up this remixes, Ray Mono provides a stripped back approach, with minimal tones transformed into his own signature sound. Although it is a surprise this is the first official release between Ahmed and Jones, we certainly hope it won’t be their last.
