Anomaly Collectives head honcho Evan Miles is back with his new single "If This Is It".

After dropping off two big singles in 2020, Evan Miles looks to continue the momentum he built off big tracks like"It's Gunna Hurt Me" and "Late Night" featuring Rikshaw. After solidifying himself as an artist to watch with earlier releases like "Eacstais" and "Hour Glass", not to mention his massive collaboration with Anomaly cohort Pat Lagoon "Let Loose," Evan Miles is looking to take things to the next level on his new single.

"If This Is It" see's the Waterford producer lean into his electronic bag once more. The somber sound of the synth pads mixed with electronic, static drum patterns is a great juxtaposition. The rhythmic movement in the drums is expertly placed and gives the track a sense of flow and purpose. Evan's choices made on when to drop the drums out and bring them back in are expert in execution and create a real sense of build and drop for the record. As the cinematic flow of track progresses, it seems to get more dark and brooding. The additional synths add this seedy, underground vibe to the end of the track. As the outro plays, the sense of release is a thing of beauty.

Evan Miles has been steadily growing and evolving as a producer over the past three years. "If This Is It" is just another step in this evolution. It is an exciting time for producers in Ireland and artists like Evan are the reason. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for his name in the future.
