RAVO assembles Bay Area dream team on "Jawsin' on Citas"

Bay Area artist RAVO wears many hats. When he's not animating cartoons for Nickelodeon or writing books, he's putting together blockbuster tracks featuring the hottest spitters on the Left Coast. Nef the Pharaoh, Mistah F.A.B., and Keak da Sneak are the latest rappers to grace a RAVO joint, trading bars on "Jawsin' on Citas."

"Jawsin' on Citas" represents a sort of homecoming for RAVO, who's originally from San Francisco. Each of the three rappers on this track are practically Bay Area royalty—even Nef the Pharaoh, the youngest of the bunch—and are staples at any sideshow. Nef anchors the song with a clean hook that seamlessly bleeds into the verses, including his own. Mistah F.A.B.'s opening sixteen is particularly memorable in the way it glides over the buttery-smooth production, as is Keak da Sneak's closing bars. Collectively, the song drips with Bay Area steez and provides yet another solid addition to the West Coast catalog.

"Jawsin' on Citas" is off RAVO's new project Need to Know. Follow the rest of his work by checking out the links below.
