It's been a few weeks since Jayda G released her first single of 2020, "Both of Us," and now, she has released a notable "Sunset Bliss" version of the track to further pique our interest in her forthcoming EP release.
Due out July 3 via Ninja Tune, Both of Us / Are U Down promises as advertised – another single and remix on deck. Marking her first release since her 2019 debut album Significant Changes, "Both of Us" in all its forms so far is alluring, groovy, and perfect for warmer weather, whether we can spend it with others or not. The "Sunset Bliss Mix" especially drives that sentiment home with higher energy, forward-facing percussion and piano progressions.
An artist who, like so many, had landmark performances booked at Coachella and otherwise for 2020, she has offered up her mixing services to Club Quarantine and supporting the venues in which she was scheduled to play.
