John Summit was born in a city with a notoriously rich music history, one that he's taken on as his own as an artist. Armed with Chicago house music as his beacon, Summit has released music on Get Twisted, This Ain't Bristol, and most recently Lee Foss's Repopulate Mars, making himself a notable name to watch in the process as he builds his resume. As we fall in line in paying attention to Summit's point of view, he's put together a guest mix that solidifies his place in house music. Throughout a full hour, Summit moves through 30 years of Chicago house music, paying homage to his hometown's role in and signature sound, and how it's influenced him throughout his own career.
