Amy Root releases 'Elif / June' EP

Amy Root have released their latest EP, a stunning two-track meeting of electronic production and live instrumentation on the eponymously named Elif / June. Each track has a cinematic quality, which is no wonder, considering members Lukas Amer and Sjoerd Huissoon are classically trained musicians.

For a developing duo, Amy Root has an impressive command over the production tools at their disposal. For these tracks, they've built music layered with influences of world music and deep house, making for an EP that resembles a Burning Man Sunrise.

This year, Amy Root has been building their brand by supporting aritsts that share their live sentiment: Maribou State, Apparat and Motor City Drum Ensemble.
