Dyo & Mr Eazi are set to "Go All The Way"

Budding British-Nigerian songstress Dyo is back with her sophomore single "Go All The Way" – the follow up to her debut "Arena" which came out earlier this year. The uplifting track sees her collaborating with Nigerian singer Mr. Eazi who brings his unique afro blend into the mix. The Daniel Mirza and Jay Weathers-produced track is ripe with an undeniable groove, lush electric guitars, and a steady bassline to match as Dyo implores the listeners to put their all into whatever life throws at us.

The accompanying visual by Mahaneela celebrates quintessential African creativity and stylish expression. She pays homage to photographers such as James Barnor – the first to shoot Ghana in colour, who is also renowned for helping put black women onto British magazine covers. The work of these photographers documented the formation of the British African diaspora. Having begun her own career as a photographer, Mahaneela’s vision was to imagine how their studios might look in 2019, and who would have come by to have their photo taken. As a result, the video features a number of cameos from young creative people of the African diaspora from different disciplines including music, film, photography, poetry, and journalism.

While Dyo’s name is relatively new to most, she’s well established behind the scenes. As a songwriter, she’s been nominated for an Ivor Novello award and collaborated with a broad range of internationally renowned names including Maroon 5, Fifth Harmony, Jacob Banks, and more.
