Australian singer-songwriter Harry Marshall shares his pop-infused emotive single "High Hopes". The poetic track intertwines sweet guitar licks Harry's husky vocals, aligning with his acoustic origins.

Addressing the emotions surrounding setbacks in life, "High Hopes" is a powerful, uplifting indie-ballad about overcoming rejection. With steady drum thuds carrying you throughout the track, it's calming rhythms builds a sense of stability.

"‘High Hopes’ was written after my first meeting with a ‘major label and my first "no" in the industry," explains Harry. "I was crushed and had to leave London for a while. I later realized my expectations of things at the time were too high, so this song is about keeping yourself grounded in the face of opportunity. That you should never expect anything to happen, without making it happen. Especially in this game!"

Blessed with caressing vocals, Harry is sure to be a key player in the guitar-pop world shortly. The singer-songwriter's release coincides with a headline festival weekend at Px+ Festival in the UK.
