Lyrah shares the gloriously stripped down version of "Down Low"

San Francisco based singer-songwriter-come-producer Lyrah shares her idyllic cathartic single "Down Low (Stripped)". A subtle, chilled take on her previous release of the same name, the track delicately navigates through a blissfully sweet soundscape.

Channeling a late-night vibe, Lyrah's stripped version returns the previously dance-infused track to its origins as a low-key piano ballad. Showcasing her glorious vocals, the track is a comforting wave of mellow electronica. With an enchanting elegance, Lyrah captures an innocence within her music, producing soothing beats made for late nights.

“’Down Low’ was a song that I wrote at my piano." admits Lyrah. "As it developed, it became more energetic and the piano got replaced with a guitar riff. But the stripped-down version took me to a really special, nostalgic place that I didn’t want to lose. I hope the people who loved the original one love where this one takes them to.”

This stripped back edition truly is a piece of artistic glamour, highlighting Lyrah as a talented producer and a genre-blurring artist. "Down Low (Stripped)" explores fragility and insecurities whilst empowering and claiming control, it's a sonic beauty.
