North Wales-based band Kidsmoke is back with another bop: an easy-listening, road-trip worthy tune "She Takes You Under" just in time to kick off the summer. The four-piece band from Wrexham are offering listeners an option for this season’s playlists. Their single from late last year, “Rising Sun,” has a “summer evening party” vibe with equal parts laid-back-feeling and a classic dance-worthy beat. “She Takes You Under” is similar, holding that trademark fast-paced chorus that's attractive about the pop genre, with a standard lengthy guitar solo.
Not another overplayed summer radio hit – but quality indie-pop with creatively spun rhythms. The single "She Takes You Under" borrows styles from past tracks and delivers another song ideal for cruising or dancing.
