A mere 18 months ago, New York-based producer Eskuche burst onto the scene with a flurry of tech-house tunes, quickly going on to release via a host of the industry's biggest imprints. Since his debut Relief Records release "Concentrate", Eskuche has been making waves and now returns to the imprint with his newest EP Futuristic.

A tech-house package through and through, Futuristic sees Eskuche laying out his signature sounds, showcasing his dedication to the genre with each track. Opening up the three-track EP, "Freak" is a conglomeration of skipping hi-hats and rumbling sub-bass, propelled by infectious vocals and twisting acid lines. "Imagine Yourself" follows closely behind with a more light-hearted twist, fusing shuffled percussions with sensual vocal samples for a synth-heavy spiral of beats. Finally, title cut "Futuristic" ends the EP with a combination of organic drum shots, bumping bass licks and warped vocals for a witty and slick banger.
