LA-based singer DCMBR has been making a name for himself with strong features on songs with the likes of Mozzy, Yhung T.O. DaBoii, and Jay Rock, among others. On Friday, he released "Front Page," his first single this year. DCMBR easily floats over the production from Dave-O and MB13BEATZ with a soothing but upbeat R&B style. It's one of those songs that demands the replay button be pressed immediately. Additionally, "Front Page" acts as a glimpse into DCMBR's R&B sound; he is evidently influenced by 90s R&B music, but brings a futuristic tone to his music by effortlessly incorporating raps into his verses. His newest single hears him talking to a girl who he wants to share success with, saying that he wants to bring her on the "Front Page." It's somewhat of a unique approach to a common subject matter.
He is slated to drop his currently unnamed debut project this year.
