Since the age of 16, Cleveland artist, WesWill has been honing a unique style that combines tongue twisting flows with smooth crooning and harmonic undertones. His passion for rap was developed in middle school when he discovered DJ Quik, Bone Thugs n Harmony and Do or Die. Through them, he mastered the art of utilizing different melodies in rap while learning how to produce and engineer. He is back with a new single titled “411” which is his first release since his debut EP, Summertime Slaps volume 1 which dropped last year.
The song begins with a blend of exciting elements like flute sounds, tribal drums, bouncy beats, and spicy hums. The Hype Alexander co-produced single features a Ying Yang type of melody that is half soulful and half energetic, teaming perfectly with his clever lines and bars. For an emerging artist seven months might seem like a long period of silence, but "411" is a display of how the 24-year-old focuses on giving listeners an update on his career and personal life through music.
