Electronic pop-rock artist Cola James shares her debut single "Black & White" with an energetic video to match.
The fiery track is a sexy debut for the singer, who's James' vocals are pushed to the forefront of this electronic-rock record. Experimenting with a combination of genres and with a Goldfrapp-like blend of electronica, "Black & White" is a promising start to James' solo journey.
Previously lead singer for indie-rock band The Verigolds, James decided to create her own path and create music which reflected her artistry more provocatively and "Black & White" definitely does this. With an array of colour and infectious beats, the track has evolved into a clash of fashion and sexuality.
Explaining her choice to make music herself, James says: "If you're not feeling like you're bringing more light in the world together than by yourself, you shouldn't be together."
