Los Angeles music collective Night Lights released their latest single “Nerve," an up-tempo and intense pulse driven track. With an electronic blend of slick, striking synths and powerful drum rhythms, they’ve succeeded in producing a hooky upbeat track with definite danceability. The song features profound lyrics and stimulating harmonic progression, touching on the idea of tough love and having someone in your life who’ll tell you things you don’t want to hear.
The Los Angeles based band met while attending the famed Berklee College of Music in Boston. Reminiscent of Mutemath and Two Door Cinema Club, but with a twist, Night Lights have unearthed their own distinct sound, blending elements of indie rock and soul. Centering on subjects of existentialism, Night Lights discovers a truth grounded in music, community, and conversation.
The trio are no strangers to success having charted on Spotify’s Viral 50 Global and Viral 50 U.S. as well as garnering close to a million plays on Spotify. With members from Mexico, Japan, and Norway, Night Lights create captivating sounds that make listeners dance and feel feelings of bliss and positivity.
