Singer-songwriter and producer Marie Dahlstrøm is a lady of many talents with a vast working knowledge of the music industry from working on both the mainstream and indie levels. As an astute producer, she is hands-on when it comes to her music and her newest record "Mood " is no exception. For this latest project, she's teamed up with UK singer-songwriter Secaina and together they have delivered a classic R&B vibe coupled with an eclectic swag to match.
The mellow soothing backdrop in "Mood" truly puts the listener into a trance with the angelic vocals. The track is further boosted by a dance-based video which was shot in East London at dawn to really set the Mood. The video starts with seasoned dancers Douglas and Sally who play the central dancing figures in the video, while Dahlstrøm and Secaina play janitors working the court. It is minimalistic, organic and entertaining from start to finish.
