Following remixes of Joyce Muniz's "Toxic People" earlier this year, served up by the likes of DJ Hell and Jerome Sydenham, Gigolo Records have delivered a brand new remix courtesy of LA-based Shaded. As well as the soulful rework from Shaded, the release will include the intoxicating track "Dreamz" from Muniz – a record previously only available on vinyl.
A simmering, heady opposition for Shaded's vibrant production, "Dreamz" is a track thats made to resonate with the feverish feeling of dark dancefloors. Melding elements of techno and with the ever-classic deep house sound, Muniz creates an ominous atmosphere peppered with an eerie vocal about remembering dreams. With the interview sample and the urgent, dub-infused bassline, "Dreamz" manifests into the title, conjuring a club experience fit for a different world.
