FKJ enchants us with his new incantation "Is Magic Gone"

Traversing the lush and delicate landscapes of experimental soul, R&B and jazz, French producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist FKJ returns to enchant us with his newest single "Is Magic Gone". Another incantation to add to his teeming book of robust spells, the single marks his first ever release on label Mom+Pop Music.

Smooth and heavily piano-laden, "Is Magic Gone" is a spell intricately crafted for sophistication, imbuing elements of classical jazz and nu-soul for a conversational piece. An effortlessly modern electronic track, FKJ utilizes his signature mellow sounds and integrates slanted rhythmic elements for a soothing, reposed ambiance. Shimmering notes dance along with the producer's husky vocals amidst the off-kilter synths, overflowing with absolute grace. Notably, the wistful, pleading croons emanating from the soft lyricism, adds but another layer of depth to the track. From the funky bass lines to the soul-tinged guitar chords to the groovy percussions, "Is Magic Gone" is a refined amalgamation of heartfelt soundscapes, exhibiting FKJ's unique artistry in both production and songwriting.

FKJ has also announced that he will embark on a world tour and will be in North America this spring for 26 shows. The North American leg kicks off in Vancouver on April 4th and wraps up on May 21st in Denver, CO.
