Madi Sipes & The Painted Blue is a band from Sacramento, CA fronted by female singer-songwriter and guitarist Madi Sipes. The band has been described as, "the perfect mix of casual, confident and compelling". The single, "Ready When You Are," is a song written by Madi Sipes, Andrew Heringer (Milo Greene), and Sean Van Vleet (NVDES).

Her latest single came together in Heringer's Hollywood hills studio, Mirror Wall, after a morning of inspiration of 90's R&B. With velvet piano and a deep groove, this single aims to capture the heartache of waiting by the phone for someone who may never call.
