Kryptogram is a Serbian-born, Chicago-bred electronic producer who just delivered a 3 track EP he calls NEO1. The project is the first of the 6 part NEO series he will be releasing over the next 9 months. While the EP is short, the tracks within pack quite a punch with their warm, melodic vibes and undeniable groove.  Starting with the lead single "Choreography", the listener is introduced to a smooth vocal that cascades the thick bassline and catchy synths that accompany the beat. The follow up "Pourin' " continues the trend but has a 2-step retro-jazz feel with more layered keys and is somewhat more bass-driven. The closer "Arcadian" takes the tempo down a notch with nostalgic overtones laced on a thick bass-line, solemn keys, and rich guitar riffs.

'NEO1' is a brilliant introduction to the producer's genre-fusing style which he dubbed neo-house. Get it here.

Tracklist

01: Choreography [4:32]
02: Pourin’ [4:00]
03: Arcadian [4:13]
