Wafia tells us "I'm Good" with electrifying anthem

After lending her angelic vocals to Louis the Child's hit summer jam "Better Not", Australian artist Wafia returns with "I'm Good" – a fresh, new track that encapsulates her sonic talent and conveys a bold message – that she's good and ready to go.

Not one to shy away from various musical ranges, Wafia's music ranges from expressive electronic pop that traverses the emotional spectrum – from heartache to new sensations, fractured familial experiences to societal and political alienation. "I'm Good" is the amalgamation of her efforts thus far, a beautiful and visceral rendition of heartbreak and rising from it. The enticing electronic bass beat, coupled with her brutally honest lyrics, make for a unique indie-pop tune that resonates with listeners. Subtle tropical vibes are heard throughout the song, emphasizing the indie-pop feel, a signature of Wafia's talents. According to Wafia, the song was “an attempt at writing a self-fulfilling prophecy. At the time I could foresee heartbreak that I was going to have to work through and I wanted to write the song that I’d want to hear at the end of it all. There was this running joke between myself and Wrabel that we’d love to write a song with the word ‘loser’ in it and the song came together very quickly after that.”

Wafia will go on a worldwide tour next month, with support from Louis the Child.
