Australian producer cln has seen a lot of love over the years here at EARMILK. Today we are sharing his latest release "Waiting For You", a smooth electronic and R&B stunner. He's coming hot off successful releases with tastemaker labels including ‘Switch Gears’, ‘The Oher Side’ (via Kitsune) and ‘Breathe’ (via NEST/OWSLA). "Waiting For You" is the first release of 2018 and comes alongside the announcement of his upcoming debut album.
‘Waiting For You’ is the little insight we have on what we can expect from cln’s debut album. His signature, chilled, day-dreamy vibes and otherworldly feels that have you drifting away in your ever present moments. He shares, “I was in a musical rut for a little while – making music that wasn’t exciting or challenging. I realised that I was trying way too hard to fit into a certain sound or genre. I decided to go into an experimentation phase and began making music without a particular direction in mind. I mostly just tried to make cool sounds and textures. This song was one of the first to come out of that experimentation period." The track is a different offering from cln and features his own vocals.
