Toronto rapper ShaqIsDope has one of the hardest deliveries in hip-hop. His aggressive, pointed flow has become a staple in his sound and his two most recent drops are no exception. The Money Montage-produced "Promises" sees the young artist put his flow on autopilot: he lets loose four minutes of an endless commitment to great raps. "Cold As Ice" is only slightly different than what ShaqIsDope's fans are used to hearing, and is not overly experimental.
On this latest track, we see the musician deliver hard raps over bass-filled, Jay 808 production, but also takes time to show off his ability in developing a melody.
