After making a splash on EM with the sultry single "Red Light Special," the R&B songstress returns with an insightful cut titled "Deeper." Over a mid-tempo trap-infused backdrop, she takes some time to dwell on people who prejudge her based on what she looks like as opposed to who she is as a person. With a commanding, yet smooth vocal performance, she demands the world to look past her physical attributes and also asks the listener to "…Come on and tap into my inner, take this key into my soul, and you will find me, dig deeper"
The visuals directed by Devena Smith alongside choreographer Edward Louis Charles showcase Tyler's prowess on the dance floor. She is the center of attention here and pulls off stunts like no man's business as she is fully aware of herself and confident in her skin.
