The Hunna revive that infectiously catchy emo-punk sound in latest track "NY to LA"

UK alt-rock group The Hunna tap into that hard-hitting, infectiously catchy post-punk sound in this latest track "NY to LA",  from their forthcoming album, DARE. Check it out below:

This latest track, "NY to LA" via High Time Records, has all that beloved emo-punk sound from the early Brand New or The Used days. We hear that passionate vocal delivery in the chorus that erupts into this howl of heartfelt lyrics layered over hard-hitting drums and a catchy lo-fi sounding guitar melody that will have me hitting repeat on the track every time. The rest of The Hunna's catalog contains various styles of brooding alternative rock tracks, so it's easy to say that although the band is tapping into a few clear influences from that golden-era of emo-punk in this, they are building out a unique alt-rock sound of their own. Clearly, a band primed to dominate the alt-rock airwaves this year!

Since releasing their debut record 100 –which peaked at #13 on the official album charts, The Hunna have amassed quite a cult following of fans, selling almost 50,000 copies and accumulate over 100 million streams. The group has already released a few other singles from the upcoming record to check out like "Dare", '"Summer" and "Flickin' Your Hair". DARE will be the group's second album and is due out July 13th via 300 Entertainment.
