Sacramento songstress Baegod continues to put on for the Golden State with saucy slaps ranging from hard-hitting to laid-back summer vibes. The latter is an apt description of her latest drop, "That Word," a superbly chilled-out West Coast jam showcasing BG's subtle yet sweet and refreshing vocals that seem to vibe with any type of production.
"That Word" is the first Baegod joint to hit The Milker since "Like That," a track that also features longtime Bedroomtrap collaborator Sbvce on the mic and 1s and 2s. Sbvce's eight-bar verse and additional vocals supplement Baegod's work on "That Word" quite well, mixing her angelic hook and seamless bars with a sprinkle of Sac-Town machismo.
"That Word" is the third single off Baegod's upcoming project slated for release this summer. Before the record drops, catch up on all of her other blappers via SoundCloud or Spotify.
