BK based emcee Yury set a precedent for his summer musical campaign via his newest self-produced record titled "Precedent".
Employing a unique, somewhat unorthodox approach, Yury takes the path less traveled and details his experience from hustling through college and the infamous NY sneaker scene. Armed with a malleable delivery and tripped out vocal tone, Yury surely knows his soundscape front to back as he laces the hard-hitting 808 driven jam with a gritty style. He further explains the premise of the song "…My goal is to always develop and push my sound to a new level whilst still maintaining my true vision and direction, which I strongly believe I have been doing so…" he says the video is set in Soho years after he used to go there to buy shoes to flip.
Yury is definite on taking his game to a higher plateau this year after he co-headline the famous Webster Hall and landing some production placements with established acts.Hoping to set a new standard for the rap game with his dark, hard-hitting beats fused with his existential, yet down-to-earth rhymes, in a way that has never been seen before
