Portland based band Soft Kill have a sound that places them among shoegaze legends like Cocteau Twins, Slowdive, or Lush. So if you're looking for that authentic post punk, new wave, shoegazer sound with lots of texture and fuzzed out guitars, Soft Kill is your band. Gearing up for the release of their new album, set to debut next month, the band's new album Savoir is already shaping up to be a treat. The newest track to consume is called “Hard Candy” and certainly makes all the right stops.

Soft Kill has a knack for creating these introspective soundscapes in all the layers of instrumentation, lyrics, and vocal delivery. “Hard Candy” is the perfect addition to the band's catalogue. Enjoy these feels and look for Soft Kill's new album Savoir out May 11th via Profound Lore Records. You can pre-order digital and physical versions from the label's website, including limited edition colored vinyl pressings.
