This wild track hits the full potential of all three members of Toronto hip-hop trio EMP. The group’s producer, Eestbound, most known for crafting the beat behind Travis Scott’s Antidote, comes through with another explosive instrumental on "8 AM". The first voice heard is provided by the vocalist Pree. She brings the sweet yet savage melody. The primary MC on this track is Milly Manson. He spreads his carefree attitude all over the verses whilst claiming to be living the good life at all times of the day.
This is a first taste of what’s to come as the trio look to put out a debut project this summer. The young group has already received plenty of recognition of their work, including this song being included in Spotify’s “Most Necessary” playlist.
